You can return an item purchase online by sending it back to us. Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return, email our customer service at support@meownia.com with your order number and the reason for your return. After reviewing your request, we will send detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If we provide a prepaid label for such returns, the label cost will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose to ship the item using your own carrier. Returns are free of charge when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Timelines and Processing
- Return Window: Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We don’t offer store credit by default.
